The Beechwood duplexes have eight 785 square foot two bedroom, one bath units. The buildings are wood framed with pitched and shingled roofs and an attached garage. Units have a full appliance package that includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, free standing electric range/oven and vent hood. Each unit includes a washer/dryer hook-up located adjacent to the kitchen. Hot water to the units is provided via individual 50-gallon hot water heaters. Water/sewer/garbage included. No pets allowed.

Two bedroom, one bath units rent for $775 per month. There is a $500 security deposit. Application fee is $36 per applicant.
