Driftwood Point Apartments is a 27-unit complex. The project opened in November 2019. There is a social room with full kitchen for activities or family gatherings, coin-operated laundry and open green space with benches. Supportive services are provided on site by Coastal Community Action Program and all residents are welcome to access those services.

All units have a full kitchen and bath/shower.  All units have Project Based Vouchers attached and tenant pay 30% of their income for rent. All applicants must income qualify. Water, sewer and garbage is paid by the landlord. One bedroom units rent for $799, two bedroom units rent for $1,059, and three bedroom units rent for $1,513. Security deposit is $300 for a one bedroom, $400 for a two bedroom and $500 for a three bedroom. There is a $46 application fee due when your application is processed. Pets are welcome with prior management approval and a deposit of $200. Weight and size limits apply.
