Tulip Valley apartment complex has one, two, and three-bedroom units with a full kitchen and single bathroom. Square footage ranges from 700 to 900. Storage rooms are available with one- and two-bedroom units and water/sewer/garbage are paid.

The complex has a coin operated laundry room, a small playground and a social room. Close to shopping, banks, medical care and the post office. Pets are not allowed at this complex.

Application fee is $41 per applicant. Unit availability depends on applicants whose needs are greatest. The Security Deposit is $275 for one and two bedroom units, $350 for 3 bedroom units. One bedroom, one bath units rent for up to $643 per month (depending on income), two bedroom, one bath units rent for up to $765 per month (depending on income), three bedroom, one bath units rent for up to $844 per month (depending on income). Rent subsidies are available depending on eligibility. No pets allowed.
