The Timberland Apartments is a two-story building nestled between the library and community pool downtown, close to shopping, banks and medical facilities. The property contains 6 two-bedroom affordable residential units. Each unit contains a full-sized kitchen and bathroom and laundry hook ups.  There is a small courtyard and each tenant has a carport and storage shed.  Water/Sewer/Garbage are paid by the landlord. Units rent for $850 per month with a $500 deposit. Small pets (under 20 pounds) are acceptable with a pet deposit of $200. Application fee is $46.
