Eagle Pointe Village is a 17-unit complex near the Columbia River. This complex, of which all units are subsidized, is directly adjacent to a city park and the Cathlamet High School. Some amenities include a Community Center, laundry facility and parking. Some of the units are handicapped accessible.

Tenants pay no more than 30% of their income for the rent. One bedroom, one bath units rent for $933 and two bedroom, one bath units rent for $1,098. Water/sewer and garbage is provided at no cost. Pets can be approved with an application and pet deposit. Rent subsidies are available for qualified tenants. Exclusively for low-income elderly (62 years or older) individuals or couples. Application fee is $46 per applicant.
