The Riverview Apartments are a 3-story building on the Cowlitz River with one and two bedroom units. Walk across the street to the grocery store, bank and post office. Medical offices are within walking distance. The building has a social room with full kitchen for activities or family gatherings and coin-operated laundry. Barbecuing is not allowed on patios, 2nd story complex, or undercover. All units have a full kitchen and bath/shower.
1-Bedroom units: approximately 600 square feet
2-Bedroom units: approximately 800 square feet
One bedroom, one bath units rent for up to $807 (depending on income), and two bedroom, one bath units rent for up to $1,002 (depending on income). Rent subsidies are available depending on eligibility.
Water/sewer/garbage is paid by the landlord. Application fee is $41 per applicant, security deposit is $275 and cable is provided at a discounted rate. Small pets are welcome with a $100 pet deposit.
