The Stratford Arms Apartments, located in historic downtown Longview, have 20 studio units (18 subsidized). These well-maintained apartments are located on the 3rd and 4th level of an attractive brick building with elevator access and a keyed entry. Units rent for $934 per month with a $275 deposit. Hot water and water, sewer, and garbage are included. Pets are not allowed. Services and rent subsidies are available to qualified residents. Application fee is $46 per applicant.
