Woodside West Apartment complex consists of four 2-story buildings with 5 (one level) apartments in each building. Each apartment faces into a central courtyard. Apartments are two and three bedroom units with a full kitchen and single bathroom. Each unit has access to a storage room and covered carports. Square footage of the units ranges from 800 to 1000.

The complex has two coin-operated laundry rooms. Pets are not allowed.

Application fee is $36 per applicant. Two bedroom units are $750 per month with a $275 security deposit. Three bedroom units are $800 per month with a $350 security deposit. Water/sewer/garbage are paid.
