Benefits Description
HOSWWA offers full-time employees and their eligible family members the option to enroll in medical, dental, vision, and/or supplemental life insurance. Employees are also covered by Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Long-Term Disability insurance.

All HOSWWA employees are members of the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) administered by the Washington State Department of Retirement Systems (DRS). Employees may also contribute funds to Deferred Compensation Program (DCP), a 457(b) supplemental retirement savings plan run by the DRS.

Employees receive 14 paid holidays per year, paid sick leave accrual at a rate of 8 hours per month, and, following 90 days’ orientation, paid annual leave starting at 40 hours per year for non-exempt employees, and 15 days for exempt employees.

Other benefits include an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and access to student loan forgiveness through Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

HOSWWA has an open Facilities Maintenance Technician position in the Asset Department. This position is located in the Raymond, WA/South Bend, WA area.

This position regularly performs the maintenance work at the HOSWWA apartments and office sites under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager.  Work involves proficiency in several trades, with working conditions and degree of individual discretion exercised differing according to the location and nature of assignments.

Property Manager

HOSWWA has an open Property Manager position in the Asset Department. This position is located in the Raymond, WA/South Bend, WA area.

Our Property Manager position provides an opportunity to work in a mission driven organization where your continuous work efforts are contributing to the greater good of the community. In this position, an effective communicator will work with both clients and prospective clients to ensure a good relationship between landlord and tenant. Strong organizational skills will be a boon as you maintain records and collect rent.

Supportive Services Case Manager

HOSWWA has an open Supportive Services Case Manager position in the Supportive Services department. This position is located in the Longview, WA area.

This role provides service intensive case management to participants in the program with goals of housing stability, income enhancement through employment and/or benefit procurement, and self-determination.
