Columbia View Harbor Apts. is a two-story complex located in quaint downtown Kalama. The complex is close to shopping, restaurants and banking.
Sitting on the corner of 1st and Elm, this landscaped property contains 16 one-bedroom units that are set aside for elderly and disabled residents. Each unit has a fill kitchen and bathroom. Water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent and cable is provided at a reduced cost. Residents with subsidies will only pay 30% of their income for rent.
There is a covered back patio for barbequing and visiting, picnic table and raised garden beds for residents to plant gardens. There is a coin operated laundry room and community room.
Rent: $967 for 1 bedroom
Application fee: $22 per adult applicant (18 + years old)
Security deposit: $300 for 1 bedroom
Small pets up to two (2) (cat or dog) under 20 lbs., already spayed/neutered require a signed pet agreement and $200 pet deposit per pet.
