Columbia View Harbor Apartments, located near the Columbia River, is a complex with 16 one bedroom units. The building has a coin operated laundry room and a social room for activities/family gatherings. Barbecuing is not allowed on patios, 2nd story complex, or undercover. Restaurants, dentists, grocery shopping and banks are all located within walking distance.

1-Bedroom units: approximately 550 square feet

One bedroom, one bath units rent for up to $767 (depending on income). Water/sewer/garbage is paid by the landlord and cable is offered at a discounted rate. Application fee is $46 per applicant and the security deposit is $275. Small pets are welcome with a pet deposit of $100. Rent subsidies are available depending on eligibility.
