The Eagles building is located in downtown close to shopping, banks and recreation. The building consists of commercial space on the ground floor and 16 residential units on the top floor. The units underwent significant rehab in 2001. Each unit contains a full-sized kitchen and bathroom. There is an on-site coin operated laundry. Water/sewer/garbage included in rent.

Four of the units have rent assistance attached and have a separate wait list. All residents must income qualify for the unit. *This building does not have an elevator.

Rent:  $677 for studio; $717 for 1 bedroom

Application fee: $46 per adult applicant (18 + years old)

Security deposit: is $300 for 1 bedroom

Small pets up two (2) (dog or cat) under 20 lbs., already spayed/neutered require a signed pet agreement and $200 pet deposit per pet.
