Hawthorne House Apartments is a two-story complex located in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Woodland. The complex is for elderly and disabled low-income tenants. The complex is close to shopping, restaurants, banking and medical facilities.
This beautiful, landscaped property contains 61 one - and - two-bedroom units that are set aside for elderly and disabled residents. Each unit has a full kitchen and bathroom. Water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent and cable is provided at a reduced cost. Residents with subsidies will only pay 30% of their income in rent.
There is a back patio for barbequing and visiting, picnic tables in some areas and raised garden beds for residents to plant gardens. Each floor has a coin operated laundry room, accessible by elevator, there is a community room, onsite property management office and resident services coordinator office.
Rent: $810 for 1 bedroom; $900 for 2 bedrooms
Application fee: $46 per adult applicant (18+ years old)
Security deposit: $300 for 1 bedroom and $400 for 2 bedrooms
Small pets up to two (2) (cat or dog) under 20 lbs., already spade/neutered require pet agreement and $200 pet deposit per pet
