Lilac Place is a 38 – unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit property for homeless families located in Woodland, WA. There are 6 two story buildings containing 1 -2 and 3- bedroom units. Most two-bedroom units are town-home style units. Applications must meet the set aside and income restrictions of 30%, 40% and 60% of Area Median Income.

Each unit contains a full-sized kitchen and bath. Water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent.  There is an on-site laundry room, community / event room and manager’s office. HOSWWA provides onsite case management for any residents wishing to access services. The complex is close to many amenities.

Rent: $1,040 - $1,149 for 1 bedroom; $1,393 for 2 bedrooms; and $1,298 - $1,986 for 3 bedrooms. All 38 units have Project Based Assistance so residents will only pay 30% of their income for rent.

Application fee: $46 per adult applicant (18+ years old)

Security deposit: $300 for 1 bedroom; $400 for 2 bedrooms and $500 for 3 bedrooms

Small pets up to two (2) (cat or dog) under 20 lbs., already spade/neutered require a signed pet agreement and $200 pet deposit per pet.
