Lilac Place is a 38-unit complex located in Woodland WA. The project opened in July 2014. There is a social room with full kitchen for activities or family gatherings, coin-operated laundry, small playground and a patio area with picnic benches, and common area with bench.

Residents engage with on-site supportive services provided by the Housing Authority.  All units have a full kitchen and bath/shower. All units have Project Based Vouchers attached and AMI (Annual Median Income) requirements are 30%, 40% and 60%.  All applicants must income qualify and most must meet set-a-side specifications. Water/sewer/garbage is paid by the landlord. One bedroom units rent for $758, two bedroom units rent for $1,043, and three bedroom units rent for $1,517. Security deposit is $275-$300. Application fee is $46 per applicant.
