Pacific Place Apartments is a two-story complex located in beautiful downtown South Bend. The complex is close to shopping, restaurants, medical offices and banking.
Close to the Willapa River, this property contains 23 one- and 1 two-bedroom unit that are set aside for elderly and disable residents. Each unit has a full kitchen and bathroom. Water, sewer, garbage and electricity are included in the rent. Residents with subsidies will only pay 30% of their income for rent.
There is patio outside off the community room for visiting, picnic table and raised garden beds for residents to plant gardens. There is a coin operated laundry room and large community room. There is an elevator to the second floor. The property manager’s office is on site.
