Phoenix House is a unique, supportive communal living environment for parents with children exiting a drug/alcohol treatment program. The complex requires residents to participate in on-site case management services, which are provided by HOSWWA Services Dept. Residents will only pay 30% of their income for rent. All utilities are included in the rent.
This limited access site has 5 housing pods and each pod contains 4 bedrooms with full bath for a total of 20 units. Residents rent each bedroom/bath and the living room and kitchen areas are shared between all 4 households. One unit is wheelchair accessible.
There is a coin laundry room and community room for resident use. The care management office is on site and staffed Monday through Friday. Referrals are also made to community partners for services. There is also a small playground and raised beds for residential gardening.
