Located in historic downtown Raymond, Rivers Edge Apartments, formerly known as Raymond Manor, is a limited access building and exclusively for low-income seniors over the age of 62 and/or disable households.
The 3-story building contains 35 one-bedroom units. All units are subsidized so residents will only pay 30% of their income for rent and are affordable to households at or below 50% AMI for Pacific County. Each unit contains a full-sized kitchen and bath. Water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent.
All three floors are easily accessible by elevator. Coin operated laundry room is located on the first floor, there is a small reading/library area on the 2nd floor and a community room for visiting.
Rent: $877 for 1 bedroom
Application fee: $46 per adult applicant (18 + years old)
Security deposit: is $300
Small pets up two (2) (dog or cat) under 20 lbs., already spayed/neutered require a signed pet agreement and $200 pet deposit per pet.
