These limited access apartments are located above Columbia Theater for the Performing Arts and are exclusively for low-income individuals and couples over the age of 62. Located in the historic downtown district of Longview, these units are close to shopping, medical offices, banks and restaurants. All units are subsidized so residents will only pay 30% of their income rent.

All units are one-bedroom units and contain small kitchen with stove top burners, convection oven and refrigerator. All units have walk-in showers, and a few are fully accessible.

All three floors are easily accessible by the elevator. Each floor has a coin operated laundry room, there is a small reading/library area on the 2^nd floor and a large lobby for visiting.

Rent: $1,120 for 1 bedroom

Application fee: $46 per adult applicant (18 + years old)

Security deposit: $300 for 1 bedroom

Small pets up to two (2) (cat or dog) under 20 lbs., already spade/neutered require a signed pet agreement and $200 pet deposit per pet.
