Willapa Center, located in downtown Raymond will consist of 30 affordable housing units along with a childcare center and social services offices.

Unit Mix:

• 8 - One-bedroom units
• 17 - Two-bedroom units
• 5 - Three-bedroom units

Amenities to include coin operated laundry, elevator, community room, resident outdoor area, on site management and case management.  All apartments have full kitchen and bath. Some rental assistance will be available for qualified low-income residents.
