The Eagles building is located in downtown close to shopping, banks and recreation. The building consists of commercial space on the ground floor and 16 residential units on the top floor. The units underwent significant rehab in 2001. Each unit contains a full-sized kitchen and bathroom. There is an on-site coin operated laundry. Water/sewer/garbage included in rent. Studio units rent for $677 and one bedrooms are $717 per month with a $300 deposit. Small pets (under 20 pounds) are acceptable with a pet deposit of $200. Application fee is $46.

Four of the units have rent assistance attached and have a separate wait list. All residents must income qualify for the unit.
