Located South Bend, Pacific Pearl Apartments is a 15 – unit affordable housing complex built in 2010.

Two 2-story buildings contain 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom units. All 15 units have rent subsidy  and residents will only pay 30% of their income in rent. These units are affordable to household at or below 50% AMI. Each unit contains a full-sized kitchen and bath. Water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent.

The buildings sit inside a fenced courtyard that has a small play structure/area, picnic/BBQ play area, on-site laundry room, community /event room, manger’s office and case manager office. Supportive Housing services are provided to all residents by Crisis Support Network. On-street parking available by permit.

Rent: $811 for 1 bedroom; $1,076 for 2 bedrooms; $1,488 for 3 bedrooms

Application fee: $46 per adult applicant (18 + years old)

Security deposit: $300 for 1 bedroom; $400 for 2 bedrooms; and $500 for 3 bedrooms
