These units are blocks from the elementary school and close to shopping and recreation. Each unit contains a full-sized kitchen, dining room and bathroom. There is an on-site coin operated laundry, community room for gatherings, a playground and picnic area all within a fenced courtyard.

Supportive Housing services are provided to all residents by Crisis Support Network at an on-site office.  There is also a management office at this site. All units have rent subsidy and tenants do not pay more than 30% of their income in rent. Starting June 1st, one bedroom units rent for $811, two bedroom units rent for $1,076, and three bedroom units rent for $1,488. Security Deposits are $300 for one bedroom units, $400 for two bedroom units and $500 for three bedrooms. Water, sewer and garbage are included. Pets are not allowed. Application fee is $46 per applicant.
