Housing Opportunities of SW Washington is implementing a landlord access portal as part of the transition to a new and improved software. The Landlord Portal is a secure, web-based tool where property owners and managers can access information relating to properties currently under contract with the Housing Authority to receive housing assistance payments. The Landlord Portal will allow the property owners the ability to report changes online.
