Willapa Center consists of 30 affordable housing units along with on-site management, social services office, app-operated laundry, community room, elevator, and resident outdoor area. All units have a full kitchen and bath/shower. The Joint Pacific County Housing Authority is now accepting pre-applications.

We have two units available at $858.00 with no assistance. 

Water, sewer and garbage is included in rent. One bedroom units rent for $811, two bedroom units rent for $858, and three bedroom units rent for $1,076. Rents may be less, based on whether specific unit is project-based voucher or not. “Income restricted to 50% AMI (Area Median Income) or below” Security deposit is $300 for one bedroom, $400 for two bedroom, and $500 for three bedroom. There is a $46 application fee for each adult 18 or older. Pets are allowed with a $200 deposit.  Two per unit, 20 lbs. max, already spayed or neutered.
